Urban ConservationistFive urban positions were created across the state to help urban communities. The positions are based in Dickinson, Johnson, Mills, and Polk counties. Amy Bouska will provide assistance in Johnson County. Bouska has sixteen years experience working with the Johnson County Soil and Water Conservation District. She is a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Professional. She has undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Geography and a Masters of Science in Urban and Regional Planning, all from the University of Iowa.
