Urban ConservationistFive urban positions were created across the state to help urban communities. The positions are based in Dickinson, Johnson, Mills, and Polk counties. Amy Bouska will provide assistance in Johnson County. Bouska has seventeen years experience working with the Johnson County Soil and Water Conservation District. She is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) and Certified Inspector in Sediment and Erosion and Control (CISEC). She has undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Geography and a Masters of Science in Urban and Regional Planning, all from the University of Iowa.
